The sun was setting in the Pine forest. At first I thought I had arrived a bit too late. The sun had already began its quick descent, but that beautiful rich color was still in the sky. I did not have time for the tripod. I quickly screwed on my my filters and dialed in my settings. It was like someone had splashed paint in the sky
At heart I am a story teller and a visual artist armed with a camera and a lens. I first developed a love for photography as young boy at my father's side. It was here that I came to understand the power of the photographic image. Its ability to be thought provoking, to bring inspiration and to challenge our concept of reality. My desire is to impact and inspire the viewers of my work. To encourage them to look beyond what they may see in their everyday lives. For me life is a journey through my lens.
