The last few days have been very windy. So I decided to go out and take long exposure image with the intentions of capturing the movement of the clouds. To capture this image I used a 10 stop neutral density filter and a polarizing filter. This is a 30 second exposure. I really wanted to capture the change in light as the sun began to set.
At heart I am a story teller and a visual artist armed with a camera and a lens. I first developed a love for photography as young boy at my father's side. It was here that I came to understand the power of the photographic image. Its ability to be thought provoking, to bring inspiration and to challenge our concept of reality. My desire is to impact and inspire the viewers of my work. To encourage them to look beyond what they may see in their everyday lives. For me life is a journey through my lens.
